Just brain doodling. I like this better than a journal, I can have links to cool stuff that I don't want to forget and pictures and possibly art work if I ever start painting again.

Cute knitted boots with a tutorial on how to make them. http://www.craftzine-digital.com/craft/vol01/?sub_id=D9IQrYqlAR080 To get to the tutorial, click the "next" arrow in the top, left hand corner (Double click on the pages to enlarge them enough to read easily). I guess I need a trip to the thrift store for shoes and also to the knitting store for big, double pointed needles. I know they're going to be expensive. I wonder if I could get some wooden dowels, and using a knitting needle gauge, cut them down to size and then sharpen them in the great big hole on my old pencil sharpener. I'm sure they all used to be whittled by hand.
