Paper Sculptures

Lots of printable paper sculptures. Motorcycles, animals and seasonal stuff. You print them out on card stock them cut, fold and glue them together.

Some of them are really sweet. Very realistic. And free.

Mechanical Bat Toy

I found this very, very cool mechanical paper bat toy via The Automata / Automaton Blog, www.dugnorth.com.

A whole printable kit for a flapping bat on a tombstone at ravensblight.com. 2 files, one for the parts, that you print out on card stock, and one for the directions. The bat's name is Bela.
There is also a video of his wonderful Halloween hat on his blog. Looks like there is a lot of great stuff here. I can tell I'll be exploring this site for awhile. Will report back later.

Orgami Artist Vincent Floderer

Amazing artist Vincent Floderer folds a different sort of orgami. It amazes me how incredibly creative people can be.

Here he shows you how he does it and how to make a muchroom.
